OUR APPROACH: A proven process tailored to your firm’s needs
Kickoff
With experience across banking, accounting, audit, and the private markets, your dedicated Juniper Square onboarding team will craft a shared project plan tailored to your business’s needs and unique requirements.
Data transfer & strategic planning
Once you’ve securely shared your fund data, assigned data specialists from your Juniper Square team will review the information provided and collaborate with you to establish a cohesive data strategy.
Data migration & preparation
Your dedicated onboarding team will configure your general ledger, migrate historical balances, and meticulously clean, map, and upload your data.
Joint sign-off
After a rigorous quality assurance process, your implementation manager will guide you through a comprehensive review process to guarantee that your data is deployed exactly how you need it.
Deployment
Once your data is approved, you’ll meet your dedicated customer success manager, who will work with you to provide ongoing training and guidance while full fund administration services begin.
First quarter of services
Your onboarding team will continue to partner with you to ingest financials completed by your prior fund administrator after the final data is submitted.
