The Juniper Square Private Markets Regulatory Council is comprised of private markets experts across a range of disciplines, including Carlo di Florio, president of ACA Group, Olga Kamensky, partner of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Michael McVickar, general counsel of Origin Investments, and Dan Rothenberg, head of legal at Juniper Square. The council will meet regularly to assess new policy and regulatory developments and provide expert analysis for GPs through the lens of legal and compliance considerations, operational implications around fund formation, fundraising, investor onboarding, reporting, and more.
